Refund & Payment Policy

Binding Summary
 This policy forms part of your agreement with Afzina (a product of Sayedmohamed Trade & Invest SPC) and governs all payments, subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds.

1) Definitions

  • Pay-as-you-go (PAYG): Usage-based charges with no fixed term.
  • Subscription: Recurring monthly/quarterly/annual plans with auto-renewal until canceled.
  • Business Day: Sunday–Thursday, Oman (excluding official holidays).

2) Billing & Payments

  • Charges are taken at order time or at the start of each subscription period.
  • Invoices/receipts are sent to the account email.
  • Third-party platform fees/taxes are non-refundable unless required by law.

3) Cancellations

  • PAYG: Cancellation takes effect immediately; no further charges accrue after the timestamp of cancellation.
  • Subscriptions: Mid-month cancellation keeps access until end of the current billing month; the full month is charged (no proration). From the next month, no further charges.

4) Refunds

  • General rule: Fees are non-refundable except as below or where required by law.
  • Residual balances after service cutoff: If a service is stopped/terminated and a positive balance remains with us, we refund it within 10 Business Days to the original payment method.
  • Service outage (SLA remedy): If Afzina experiences a continuous outage of 72 hours or more in a billing month, then upon the customer’s request, we refund the full fee for that month. (A support ticket showing dates/times of the outage is required.)
  • Method: Refunds are issued only to the original payment instrument for settled amounts. Final posting times depend on banks/payment processors.
  • Exclusions: No refunds for issues caused by user misconfiguration, violations of our Terms, third-party platform limitations (e.g., WhatsApp/Instagram policies), account delinquency, or suspensions attributable to the user.

5) Failed or Late Payments

  • If auto-renewal fails, access may be suspended until payment succeeds.
  • Late fees may apply per the Terms & Conditions.

6) How to Cancel or Request a Refund

  • Use the Afzina dashboard, or email [email protected] with your order/invoice number, payment date, and a brief explanation (and outage timestamps if applicable).

7) Disputes & Governing Law

  • Disputes should first be raised with Support for amicable resolution.
  • This policy is governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.

TL;DR:

  • PAYG: Cancel → stops right away → no further charges.
  • Subscription: Cancel mid-month → pay that whole month; no charges from next month.
  • Service stopped with funds left over → refund in ≤10 Business Days.
  • ≥72h continuous outage in a month → full monthly refund on request.
